Special Occasion Cakes

All orders are taken on a first come, first served basis, and are not confirmed until a 50% non-refundable retainer is received. At that point your spot is reserved for your date. I can only take a limited amount of cakes each week in order to provide the highest quality cakes to my customers. There is only one of me, and unfortunately I don’t have superpowers. Email correspondence does not mean your order is confirmed. Final payment is due 7 days before the cake is due. I send out a courtesy reminder a few days before your balance is due.

If the cake is not paid in full 7 days before the cake is due, the order is subject to cancellation and you lose your retainer. Cancellations because of covid-19 do not constitute a refund. If you need to reschedule, 14 days notice in writing is required. Date rescheduling is subject to availability. I will do my best to accommodate your new date, but I can not guarantee it will be possible. Communication is key, if issues or problems arise; please contact me as soon as possible so I can work with you to find the best solution.


Weddings

At that point your spot is reserved for your date. I can only take a limited amount of cakes each week in order to provide the highest quality cakes to my customers. There is only one of me, and unfortunately I don’t have superpowers. I recommend reaching out to me a minimum of 6 months in advance. During wedding season, dates book up quickly. Email correspondence does not mean your order is confirmed. Final payment is due 30 days before the wedding date. I send out a courtesy email reminder a few days before your balance is due. If the cake is not paid in full 30 days before the wedding date, the order is subject to cancellation and you lose your retainer. Cancellations because of covid-19 do not constitute a refund.

If you need to move your date, notice must be given in writing before your final payment is due (30 days before your wedding date). Date rescheduling is subject to availability. I will do my best to accommodate your new date, but I can not guarantee it will be possible.
